Solution: Clean the thread guide, and the conductive block should be displaced.
4 The wire wheel of the lower head does not rotate
Countermeasure: Before processing, check whether the lower wire wheel rotates normally. If it is too dirty, it needs to be cleaned.
5. Poor nozzle gap adjustment
Countermeasures: If the water spray nozzle is attached too close, it will cause short lines, so it should be adjusted to the proper position (normally 0.1mm-0.2mm).
6. The processing speed is slow
Countermeasure: Check whether the conductive wire is broken? Whether the conductive block of the thread guide has quality problems and whether the ion degree is normal.

1. If the middle is small and the two ends are large, it is because the speed of the second knife is too slow, so the SV value in the C002 condition should be reduced, which should be reduced by 5-10V.

Five. Inconsistent upper and lower dimensions
Countermeasures: increase the taper compensation; use an inverted taper for the punch and a forward taper for the concave mold. Usually it is 0.001-0.002 degrees, if 2cut5um processing conditions are used, it should be 0.005 degrees.
